1. Product Feeding

-Bulk product is fed from the hopper of the Z elevator into the weighing system.

2. Precision Weighing

-The multi-head combination weigher rapidly calculates and dispenses the exact target weight.

3.Tray Loading

-The trays are loaded into a magazine then picked and transfered to the filling position.

4. Filling

-The precisely weighed product is discharged from the weigher through a chute into the tray.

5. Lid Closing

-The cover lid of tray is pressing and closing by a lead pressing device

6. Collection

-Finished packages are conveyed out of the machine for manual or automatic collection.
